These machines are in good part hydraulic. Their maintenance consists in :

• Oil purge
• Cleaning of deposit
• Replacement or cleaning of suction filter
• Filling of new oil

It is convenient and necessary to perform a check of the hydraulic group, at least once a year, so as to avoid loss of speed, wear of hydraulic cylinders, damages of the pump, or obstruction of the electrovalves, amongst others.

Besides preventive maintenance of these machines, we perform the repairs of whichever type of mechanical or hydraulic damage, such as:

• Replacement of bearings at the headstock and motors
• Replacement of jacquets of the hydraulic cylinders
• Replacement of screws, bolts and nuts
• Repair of mechanical and hydraulic counterweights
