One of our specialities is the repair of this type of machine tools. Whatever the brand (Nakamura, Pinacho, Goodway, Leadwell, Miyano, Mori Seiki, Colchester, Géminis, Enco, Guruzpe, Danobat, Hardinge…), or their number of towers and headstocks.

The types of repairs we usually perform are very diversified, such as :

• Replacement of bearings of the headstocks
• Replacement of the bearings of the headstock motor
• Geometry and alignement of the towers and headstocks
• Levelling
• Replacement or repair of the ball screws and replacement of the bearings located at the ends of the screws
• Replacement of the headstock belts
• Readjustment of the conical slidewaus of the slides
• Rectification and polishing of the beds, and of the Z and X axii
• Repair of the pulmones and hydraulic towers
• Repair of the turning system of the motorized tools
• Replacement of grease dosificators and centres
• Modification of the manual greasing system, with grease, with an automatic lubricating system
• Cleaning of deposits of oil and drill chips

CNC mills require at least one preventive maintenance session per year.

It is very important that this maintenance schedule be performed in order to avoid costly breakdowns.
